![]() ![]() Additionally, hero effectiveness is seen in a full 5v5. For example, a level 100 Sigurd (Epic) would naturally outclass a level 80 Hideon (Legendary) things would not be the same if they are both at level 100. We presume the potency of their kit when matched against opponents at the same upgrade level. Moreover, for a balanced assessment, we looked at each hero with an equal-level perspective. The sections for each hero have two parts: 1) a description of their role, skills, and skill effects and then 2) our analysis, bearing a breakdown of a hero’s effectiveness (or lack thereof) and how to make them “work” according to their design, in terms of slot placement, hero synergies, and any crucial vulnerabilities. Note that only Legendary and Epic heroes have auras. Since these skills activate or take effect passively, we either refer to them as the passive skill, aura 1 (slot 3), or aura 2 (slot 4). Skill slots 3 and 4 are labeled as auras in the UI. Note that all heroes, regardless of their level of rarity have an active skill and ultimate. It will then re-trigger once it cools down unless the hero is disabled, knocked down, or killed during the cast animation. ![]() ![]() Active skills trigger automatically after observing their cooldowns from the start of the battle or what we will refer to as point 0. Skill slot 2 is now referred to as the “active” skill and as such, we call it active skill, second skill, or skill 2. This is the skill that is readily unlocked or available right from level 1. Accordingly, we address it as ultimate, skill 1, or first skill. Skill slot 1, in game terms, is now the one called “ultimate” (which used to be the label for skill slot 2). ![]()
